Simple Mooticker

ist ein horizontal scrollender Newsticker für Joomla!™ 1.5, der das in Joomla! integrierte mootools Framework nutzt.

Wahlweise können die News manuell eingegeben werden oder man greift - wie im Joomla!™ Modul "Latest News" - auf Bereiche und Kategeorien zurück (per ID). Das Modul besitzt verschiedene Styling-Optionen, wie z.B. Breite, Höhe, Rahmen und Rahmenart, Hintergrundfarbe und diverse Shriftformatierungen.

Darüber hinaus kann man die Laufrichtung des Textes auswählen (von rechts nach links oder umgekehrt) und einen "No Script" Text erstellen. Der wird angezeigt, wenn der User Javascript im Browser deaktiviert hat. Der ausgegebene Code ist valide und es werden nur DIV-Tags benutzt (keine Tabellen).

Simple Mooticker v.1.5.4 für Joomla!™ 1.5.x Native von medien.stroeme (www.medienstroeme.de) basiert auf dem mooquee Script von Dirar Abu Kteish (www.developer.ps/moo/mooquee) und dem Joomla! Kern-Modul "Latest News".

Simple Mooticker

module displays horizontal scrolling text using the Joomla!™ build in mootools framework. You can choose if you want to type your text manually or still take the latest news from sections or categories (by ID). The module has several styling options like width, height, background color, border styles and font styles. Additionally you can choose the scrolling direction. It generates a valid output and uses "div" tags only. For users with javascript disabled in their browsers you can define a text for the "no script" tag. Please read the mouseover descriptions for the parameters.

Simple Mooticker v.1.5.4 for Joomla!™ 1.5.x native by medien.stroeme (www.medienstroeme.de) is based on the original mooquee script from Dirar Abu Kteish (www.developer.ps/moo/mooquee) and the Joomla! core module "latest news".
